- Rotaract Co-Chair
- Zone 8 Conference
Andrew is the Rotaract Co-Chair of the Rotary Zone 8 Conference for 2022 and was the instigator of bringing Rotaract and Rotary together for the conference.
Andrew joined Rotaract in 2017 after moving to Canberra from a small town called Cudal, to study Network and Software Engineering. Learning about the Rotaract Club of UC, he quickly became involved in leadership roles including Vice-President, President, Rotaract Australia IT Director and District Rotaract Representative for D9705. Rotary has given Andrew so many opportunities to learn, network and experience new things including attending the RI Convention in Toronto, attending RYLA as a participant, mentor and committee member, and serving on the district board.
In 2022 Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Network and Software Engineering (Honours) however, he found another passion working to improve the student experience for students studying at UC where he continues to work as Associate Director of Student Experience. In this role he has developed engaging social and orientation programs, created a food pantry and opened an Esports Lounge.
Andrew is currently the President-elect of the Rotary Club of Hall and is looking forward to taking on this next challenge in Rotary and continuing to grow and learn in this amazing organisation.
