Showcase Registration

The Rotary Showcase replaces the old House of Friendship at this year’s conference. This is still a great opportunity for your organisation to engage with all attendees of the conference, just with a fresh new look!

Showcase Registrations Open Now

The photo provides an image of the exhibition stands to be provided. The stands (3m x 2m) will be arranged around the perimeter of the Exhibition Hall gaining maximum exposure for your stall. During the breaks tea, coffee and catering will be available in the centre of the hall drawing attendees right into the showcase. Comfortable lounges will in the central area to encourage attendees to stay in the area and look around.

Stand charges

Single stand (3m x 2m) is $700 (inc GST) which includes:

  • Trestle table (provided with a cloth cover) plus two chairs.
  • The back and side of the stand are white Octo panels.
    Items can be attached with Velcro dots.
  • Double 240 volt power outlet (4 amp). Multiple power outlets adaptors will not be allowed. 
  • ALL Electrical devices and cables must be tested and tagged.
  • Stand charge includes lunch for two on Saturday.

Showcase times

Friday 28 October – 4:00pm to 6:15pm

Saturday 29 October – 8:00am to 4:30pm

Sunday 30 October – 8:00am to 11:00am

Setup and packdown times

Setup by exhibitors will be between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Friday 28 October.
Pack-up will be from 11:00am until 1:00pm on Sunday 30 October.

All exhibitors must comply with the requirements of the NCCC as specified in the NCCC 2022 Exhibition and Service Manual

The deadline to register for a showcase booth has been extended to Friday 7th October. Get in fast to avoid disappointment!

A stand may be shared with one other exhibitor.  Where the stand is shared the exhibitor making the booking is responsible for managing the stand.
Details of the sharing are to be provided to Brian Goldstraw by email to including the heading required on the fascia nameboard.

Registration for a stand does not include registration to attend the conference.
